Message:George Chapman died in the Civil War on 11/24/1862. Burial in Hillcrest has not been confirmed, he may have initially buried where he died, and later reinterred in a National cemetery.

Message:It was Jacob H. Camburn who served in the 16th Iowa Infantry and the 6th Iowa Cavalry. He has a military headstone at Clarinda, but it appears that he is buried at Cedar Rapids where he also has a military headstone as well as a family stone.

Message:I think this might be Lawrence and Christina Laura Jensen Krogh> He would of been born in 1903 and if its him he passed away in maybe 1979. He would be the son of Andrew 1857-1929 and Marie Krogh they are burried in the Oak Hill Cemetary in Brayton Iowa

Message:This is my ggreat grandma she is the mother of Simon Christensen of Hamlin Iowa he is burried in the Hamlin,Iowa Cemetary. Her husband is Christen Mortensen they came over from Denmark. Ane Helena was born 23 Mar. 1819 she Died 3 Oct. 1891. Christen was born 29 July 1818 and died 20 Oct. 1896. Hope this helps. Jodi

Message:This record shows Lot 93. The cemetery said they do not have a Lot 93 but Section 93. The oldest grave is in Section 94 just feet away from Section 93 and they can not read the name, the stone is broken. The oldest grave is from Nov 4, 1855 as recorded in this record.I believe this is Sarah Cornwell Haddock wife of Major William Haddock.
